A Simple Fee Structure
Our simple fee structure enables you to easily calculate an economical fee for the hire of a PA system for your event. Our fee is simply based on the size of the system required and the duration of your event.

Compact PA System
From $590 per day  :   Plus $60 per hour onsite**

Includes delivery, setup and operation by an experienced audio engineer

Our compact EV LiveX PA systems are ideal for indoor and outdoor public events, corporate events, school activities, speech nights, weddings, fetes, Church activities, jazz/blues/folk music, open mic nights, duos, trios, small bands etc. Please see our Equipment page for full details of the equipment available in this package.

Important Information

• Please allow 90 minutes for setup and 60 minutes for pack up of the compact PA.
• Remember to allocate sufficient time for the sound check or pre event rehearsal.
• The special rate is based on the venue being within 50km of Melbournes CBD.
• Additional transport beyond 50km of Melb CBD is charged at 80 cents / km each way
• Each compact PA system includes an experienced onsite audio engineer.
• The audio engineer will deliver, setup, operate and pack up all of the equipment.
• This system is not available for hire without the Total Audio Services engineer.
• The onsite rate effective from 1st Jan to 30th December 2024 is $60 per hour + gst **
• All bookings will be confirmed by email.
• Payment is to be made at the conclusion of the event, unless otherwise arranged.
• A cancellation less than 7 days prior to the event will incur the $590 base hire fee.
• Backline equipment available for hire - prices on request


Large PA System
From $1250 per day  :  Plus $80 per hour onsite**

Includes delivery, setup and operation by an experienced audio engineer

Our large RCF PA system delivers a healthy 7000 watts RMS of front of house. It is ideal for larger indoor and outdoor events, pubs, clubs, music in the park live performances, original & cover bands, rock/funk bands etc. Our Allen & Heath SQ5 Digital Mixing console with iPad remote delivers all six RCF 400 watt foldbacks with an independent mix. The SQ5 console is also capable of providing a live multitrack recording of your performance or event. Consider turning your next live performance into your next album! Also availiable in the package are sixteen high intensity RGBA slim pars** and a stage black curtain (for behind the band) . Concert Line Array System
From - $2,850 per day  :  Plus $160 per hour onsite**

Includes delivery, setup and operation by a crew of two experienced engineers

Our concert grade RCF Line Array PA system delivers a massive 17,000 watts RMS out front of house. This system comes with ten RCF HDL20A line array cabinets plus four RCF 8006AS Dual 18" 2,500 watt subwoofers. The line array elements can either be ground stacked or flown from stage if the venue has appropriate certified rigging facilities available. The system is ideal for large indoor and outdoor events, music in the park live performances, original & cover bands, rock/funk bands, carols by candlelight events etc. Our Allen & Heath dLive C3500 Digital Mixing console and dLive DM64 MixRack with iPad remote and SQ5 monitor console delivers all eight Quest 500 watt foldbacks with an independent mix. The package includes a compliment of microphones with four Sennheiser handheld and six Sennheiser headworn wireless condenser microphones available on request. Concert Lighting System
From $2,450 per day :   Plus $160 per hour onsite**

Includes delivery, setup and operation by an experienced lighting technician

Our concert grade lighting system utilises the very latest in LED lighting fixtures. Aside from the lower power consumption, the light output of our fixtures exceeds the output of traditional incandescent lights delivering a vibrant punchy light show. Included in this package are of sixteen high intensity RGBA - LED slim pars, eight QUAD18 RGBW pars, eight moving head zoom wash lights, six led profile spotlights, thirteen high intensity moving head lights and twelve moving PIX bar lights. Lighting control is provided by way of a MA on PC Command and Fader wing system, Global tri truss, winch-ups, and heavy duty theatrical stage black curtain for the rear of the stage, DMX cabling, three phase power distribution are all available with the package.
